Running Log - Trending
Overview
The Running Log Trending screen lets you chart historical values recorded in the Running Log over a selected date range. Plot readings from one or more pieces of equipment together to spot trends, compare performance, and support maintenance decisions.
Getting There
There are two ways to open Running Log Trending:
From the Running Log
From the navigation menu, expand Logs, then select Running Logs.
Click TRENDING in the toolbar.
From the Running Log Utility
From the navigation menu, expand Settings then select Running Log Utility.
Click TRENDING in the toolbar.
Setting the Date Range
Click the calendar icon next to Start Date.
Navigate to the desired month using the left/right arrows, then select the day.
Repeat for End Date.
The chart reflects only data within this range.
Top Tip: Use the TODAY, LAST 2 DAYS, or LAST 7 DAYS shortcut buttons for quick date range selections.
Selecting Parameters to Plot
In the left panel, under PARAMETERS, browse the Groups, Subgroup/Equipment & Readings.
Check the box next to each reading you want to include in the chart.
Reading the Chart
Each selected parameter appears as a distinct colored line, with a legend at the top identifying which reading each line represents.
By default, Y-Axis Scales is set to SEPARATE SCALES, giving each unit of measurement (e.g. RPM, percentage, temperature) its own axis, this is recommended when comparing parameters with different units. Switch to SINGLE SCALE if you prefer a single shared axis.
Exporting Chart Data
Click EXPORT in the top-right corner to save an image of the chart that is currently displayed.
