📋 Overview
This release focuses on a faster, more consistent grid experience throughout YMS, your sort order, filters, and column layout are now remembered as you move between modules, so you no longer have to reconfigure your view every time you return to a page. It also includes a number of smaller improvements and bug fixes across Inventory, Purchase Orders, Crew, and reporting.
✨ New Features
Grid Layout Memory — YMS now remembers more of how you like to view your grids, across two different levels:
Saved to your browser — Column layout and rows-per-page are saved, so they're still there the way you left them even after refreshing the page or closing and reopening your browser.
Remembered for your session — Sort order, grid filters, and module search are now also remembered as you navigate between modules, so you don't have to reapply them each time. This resets after a full page refresh or when you close your browser.
🛠️ Improvements
Inventory Bonded Filter — A new Bonded (True/False) filter has been added to the search bar across all Inventory modules.
Blank Values Sort to the End — Blank or empty values in a sortable column now sort to the end of the results throughout the application.
Purchase Order Receiving — Default Location Label — The Receive Line Items dialog now displays the default location for each item, making it easier to confirm where received stock will be updated.
Bulk Attachment Uploads — The Bulk Add Photos & Attachments dialog now provides a warning when a file of an unsupported type is added.
Photo and Document Ordering — Photos are now ordered oldest to newest, and Attachments are ordered alphabetically by title, making both easier to scan.
Duplicate Username Warning — Creating a user with a username that's already in use now shows a clear warning message instead of preventing the creation of a new Crew Member.
Inventory and Purchase Order Dialogs Stay Open After Create — Creating a new Inventory item or Purchase Order from a Line Item now keeps the dialog open afterward, so you can continue working with the newly created record right away.
Comment Formatting — Comments now display formatting such as bullet points everywhere they appear, including the top navigation bar's recent comments and the All Comments dialog.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Some Legacy Schedule Attachment migrated from the T5 application are now visible on all Schedule types (Equipment, Event, Drill, and Inspection Schedules), where previously they did not appear.
